Position Overview

We are seeking entry-level and experienced dental assistants to support our doctors and clinical team in providing an excellent patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and eager to learn. While prior dental assisting experience is welcomed, it is not required—we are happy to train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic. Exposure to advanced procedures, such as implants or clear aligner therapy is a plus, but not expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the dentist/hygienist during procedures including: routine hygiene, restorative care, crown preparations, extractions, root canals, implant placement and dentures

  • Turnover and prepare treatment rooms; ensure instruments and materials are properly organized

  • Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed

  • Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns (training provided if needed)

  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative instructions, and treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation

  • Follow all sterilization and infection control protocols

  • Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative teams to provide outstanding patient care

Qualifications

  • Dental assisting experience preferred but not required

  • Valid Dental Assistant certification and current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Professional, reliable, and team-focused


Schedule and Pay

  • $18-$28 per hour

  • Various bonus opportunities

  • Full-time and part-time positions available

  • 8-hour, 10-hour and 12-hour shifts available

  • Occasional Saturday availability required (1 per month)

  • Hours: M-F 7-7 and Sat 8-2
