Position Overview

We are seeking entry-level and experienced Patient Care Coordinators to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and support both the clinical and administrative teams. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Prior dental or medical front office experience is helpful but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression, in person and over the phone

  • Schedule appointments efficiently while managing provider schedules and patient flow

  • Verify insurance eligibility, explain benefits, and assist patients with financial questions

  • Present treatment plans, review estimates, and help patients understand their care options

  • Collect payments, post charges, and assist with basic billing and account follow-up

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries with professionalism and care

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

  • Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and the clinical team

  • Support daily front desk operations to ensure a smooth and organized office environment

  • Work collaboratively with the administrative and clinical teams to deliver an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications

  • Dental or medical front office experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Comfortable discussing scheduling, treatment plans, and financial information with patients

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Professional, reliable, and team-focused

  • Willingness to learn dental software, insurance processes, and office systems

Schedule and Pay

  • $20–$29 per hour (hourly based on experience)

  • Various bonus opportunities

  • Full-time and part-time positions available

  • 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available

  • Occasional Saturday availability required (1 per month)

  • Hours: Monday–Friday 7am–7pm and Saturday 8am–2pm
