Position Overview

We are seeking both recent graduates and experienced Associate Dentists to join our growing practices. This position is ideal for a dentist who is patient-focused, motivated, and eager to expand their clinical skillset. New grads are welcome—our in-house mentorship program provides hands-on training from day one. Experienced dentists will enjoy autonomy, strong support, and unlimited earning potential.

This role offers a daily guarantee with no cap on earnings, making it an excellent opportunity for dentists who want both stability and high production potential.

Clinical Scope

As a larger, well-established practice, we offer a wide variety of procedures, including but not limited to:

• Crown & Bridge

• Restorative Dentistry

• Oral Surgery (including wisdom tooth removal)

• Implant Placement

• Endodontics
  
  

We also complete a high volume of dentures and orthodontic cases. No prior experience is required—our mentorship program provides the training and support needed to confidently perform advanced procedures.

Schedule & Location

• Flexible scheduling with morning, evening, and weekend options

• Practices located in Tri-Cities, Washington, a fast-growing area known for wine country, outdoor recreation, and a strong community

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

• Active Washington State dental license (or ability to obtain)

• New graduates and experienced dentists are encouraged to apply
