Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional preventative care and patient education. Whether you are an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, we value individuals who are dependable, patient-focused, and eager to contribute to a positive office culture. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings.
• Take high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) and intraoral photos.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, nutritional counseling, and the importance of recommended treatment plans.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (as permitted by state credentials).
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
• Follow all relevant health and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Collaborate closely with Doctors and Dental Assistants to provide a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active State Dental Hygienist License.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong clinical skills and a gentle touch.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Professional, reliable, and team-focused.

Schedule and Pay

• $45–$55 per hour
• Various bonus opportunities
• Full-time and part-time shift options
• Saturday availability required (frequency to be specified)
• Office Hours: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
