We’re currently hiring Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH) for FT, PT, and Temp positions, with bonus pay opportunities based on  practice needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll focus on delivering excellent preventive care, patient education, and periodontal therapy. Common responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance

• Performing periodontal assessments, charting, and ongoing disease management

• Taking digital radiographs and intraoral images as needed

• Educating patients on oral hygiene techniques, home care, and overall health connections

• Reviewing and updating medical histories and collaborating with doctors on treatment plans

• Documenting all care thoroughly and accurately in the patient record

• Supporting a smooth patient flow by partnering with the front office and clinical team

• Contributing to a welcoming, professional, and efficient patient experience

Whether you are experienced or newer to practice, you’ll have support as you grow your confidence, speed, and skillset.

Schedule & Position Options

We know flexibility matters. We’re hiring for:

• Full-Time – consistent schedule with stable hours

• Part-Time – great for work–life balance or other commitments

• Temp/On-Call – pick up shifts as needed, based on availability

Some 12-hour shifts and occasional weekend hours may be applicable depending on the office and your preferences.
